See your Strava activities, weekly progress, and workout details directly on your Garmin watch.
Connect your account
- Install Insights from the Connect IQ Store.
- Open Insights on your Garmin watch.
- Complete the Strava authorization in Garmin Connect on your phone.
- Return to the watch after the confirmation page appears.
Troubleshooting
- Keep the watch connected to Garmin Connect through Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.
- If authorization expires or is revoked, open Insights and connect again.
- If data cannot load, confirm that Garmin Connect has internet access and retry.
Disconnect and delete
You can revoke access at any time from your Strava application settings. Strava notifies Insights, and the server deletes the stored OAuth credentials and device sessions associated with your connection. You may also email us to request deletion; we will confirm by email when it is complete.
